One of the biggest birthday trends in Ghana is that Osei Kwame Despite’s last daughter Akosua Serwaa Nyarko Sikasuo is 8 years today.
With Despite being one of the richest people in Ghana, the birthday of his last daughter is surely set to create the buzz and give people goosebumps.
Her name ‘Sikasuo’ is an Akan name meaning “river of money”, obviously, a fitting name for Despite’s last born given the rich and affluence lifestyle of her parents.

The audience was thrilled by the children’s captivating catwalks, which featured stunning designs that showcased both contemporary flair and cultural heritage.
