Adepa Zela praises God with new song after troubling times

Every musician has what motivates him or her to compose a song, whereas some put together stories of their close relations and what they have observed generally, while others use their life experiences.
It is in view of this that the gospel music diva, Adepa Zela known in private life as Flora Ama Korantemaa Kumi, has reflected on some troubling moment in her life to compose a song in appreciation of God’s loving mercies.
The song dubbed, Same God released under Trinity Gold Entertainment was produced by Mix Master Garzy.
Speaking to The Spectator, Adepa Zela said, she was down and going through hell, but God turned her situation around.
Adepa Zela said, for this reason, she decided to write this song to reflect her situation and praise God for saving her.
“The same God who delivered me from my challenging times can do same for every believer,” she said.
She further said that her dream was to release songs of different genres of Gospel to Ghanaians and the world at large.
Adepa Zela does not intend to limit gospel music to only one genre but multiple genres to reach every heart.
she is the first ever gospel performer to win the MTN Hitmaker season nine (9) last year.
The sensational female singer who was known throughout the hitmaker competition as Adepa (Lady with the mask), has now re-branded to Adepa Zela.

Osanju is dead

Popular Ghanaian content creator, Elvis Frimpong, known in showbiz circles as Osanju has been reported dead.
According to sources, he was said to have died in the early hours on Monday, September 1, 2025 after a long battle with blood cancer (Leukemia)
His death has been a shock in the Ghanaian community especially coming shortly after his last post.
His demise comes five months after he had laid his mother, Amounu, also a tiktoker, to rest, having lost her in January.
Hours before his passing, he had posted a video on Sunday with friends watching the Barcelona vs. Rayo Vallecano match, prompting many fans to initially dismiss the reports as a hoax.
Osanju’s death has been described as a huge loss by followers who admired his openness, resilience and positive outlook in the face of ill health.
However, Osanju had previously shared his battle with leukemia, a cancer of the blood, on his TikTok account, even eerily predicting his own demise on a couple of occasions.
