Juju led to the decline of Kumawood- Portia Asare

Actress, Portia Asare has disclosed that the use juju, to wit, a charm or fetish, by colleague actors led to the decline of erstwhile vibrant Kumawood movie industry.
Portia Asare in a recent interview with Ahodwo TV made some shocking revelations about the Kumawood industry.
According to her, some actors and industry players go to the extent of using supernatural spirits to supress the success of others.
“If you succeed in killing your colleague, your name and destiny will not change,” she revealed.
Portia Asare further disclosed that “Today when I go on a set and someone is eating I will not be able to eat with the fellow because of the use of Juju.”
“Most of them are as a result of spiritual directions (Akwankyer3),”she recounted how someone worked against her spiritually through food.
According to her the Kumawood industry which is currently on its knee is as a result of some of these wickedness.
Consequently, she called for the need to go back to the early days where there was unity and love, adding that with this, the industry could be revived for the better.
