See What A Hairdresser Did To Her Apprentice During Her Graduation That Got People Talking

A hairdresser has been recorded on camera doing something to her apprentice during her graduation and many social media users after coming across this video couldn’t keep mute over it. As many Ghanaians are aware, the boss hairdressers in the country usually pray for the apprentice and bless them during their graduation ceremonies. However, the way this hairdresser was blessing her apprentice was vet strange to people who came across the video.
If you watch the video carefully, you can see that the apprentice is kneeling, and the madam was blessing her. She was overheard in the video saying this in the typical Twi language, “As you are going to establish your own business, may the good Lord open doors for you to get more customers. I pray that you will also get apprentices and train them to become professional hairdressers”.
However, the way the boss hairdresser was pouring powder on her apprentice was too much. You can see that the powder is too much to the extent that you can not even identify the woman. The apprentice was even finding it difficult to breathe as a result of the powder pouring on her. Some social media users after coming across this video started laughing. They argued that the lady will the first apprentice of the boss hairdresser to graduate. This could be the reason why she was overreacting in the video.

Ghana Goes Pink for Breast Cancer Awareness Month

This October, something special is happening in Ghana’s fashion scene. Everywhere you look—on the streets, in classrooms, at events—people are wearing pink. Not just for fun, but to express themselves.
From soft baby pink to bright fuchsia, the colour is showing up in dresses, shirts, sneakers, headwraps and even jewellery.
Young people especially are leading the trend. They are mixing pink with jeans, sneakers and African prints. Some wear pink to feel bold, others wear it to feel calm.
“Pink makes me feel soft but strong,” says Ama, a student in Accra. “It is my way of showing up with confidence.”
Local designers are also joining the wave. Some are creating pink-themed collections with flowing fabrics, playful cuts and bold patterns. Others are using recycled materials to make pink bags and accessories. It is not just about fashion – it is about creativity and pride.
Social media is buzzing with photos and hashtags like #GhanaGoesPink and #PinkMood. Friends are sharing their outfits, encouraging others to try something new. Even small shops are decorating their windows with pink fabrics and flowers.
This pink wave is more than a trend. It is a feeling. It is about joy, softness and standing out. In a world that can feel heavy, Ghana’s youth are using fashion to bring light. And this October, pink is the colour of self-love, style and togetherness.
