Award-winning Ghanaian actress, Roselyn Ngissah has made a shocking revelation about the disappearance of her nomination from this year’s African Magic Viewers Choice Awards.

The Ghanaian actress, Roselyn Ngissah earlier “earned” a nomination for the “Best Actress in a Comedy Movie and TV Series” category when the list came out in April for her role in the Red Carpet movie.

In an interview with Berla Mundi on TV3 today, Roselyn Ngissah said even though her nomination was not part of the official unveiling on TV, getting tagged by the various social media pages of African Magic made her feel, the omission on TV was a mistake.

“I received notifications from African Magic social media pages with my picture indicating my nomination, so I felt the omission on Television during the unveiling was a mistake,” she told Berla Mundi.

For this reason, she started mobilising her fans to vote for her on the voting portal, but to her surprise, her name was omitted from the list.

This, she said triggered her to seek answers from the organisers, and to their dismay, they were informed that Roselyn Ngissah’s nomination was a mistake.

According to her she felt disappointed and wondered why such a prestige award scheme on the continent would commit such a blunder.
