John Mahama noted that there is a growing gap between the people of Ghana and the political class, a situation which calls for a change of leadership.

” Of course, I know how to deliver the badly needed change, because over the last four years, I have continued to study our problems, continued to listen to every one of you, a variety of scholars and experts, and I am ready and able to be the kind of leaders Ghanaians want,” he said.

He said it is no longer pleasant considering the situation in which Ghanaians find themselves to sit on the fence and profer solutions which are mostly ignored.

The former President said it is why he has humbly presented himself to serve the people of Ghana.
