Brianna Mary Shihadeh has surgically split her tongue

Brianna Mary Shihadeh is a dreadlock artist living in California, who has a passion for body modification. She has surgically split her tongue and now said that she can taste two separate things at the same time.

Ms Shihadeh, who has over 228,000 followers on Instagram, recently posted a reel on the social media platform where she tried Sprite (a soft drink) and water at the same time.

In the video captioned “What two flavours would you try first?” she is seen pouring a glass of water alongside a glass of Sprite. As she bent down, her split tongue allowed her to taste both drinks at the same time.

According to the British Dental Journal, “the process of tongue splitting is dangerous and those who do it “are putting themselves at serious risk of haemorrhage, infection and nerve damage.” — ndtv.com

Bear forces its way into occupied hotel room in Tibet

A brown bear wandered into a hotel in Tibet and forced its way into a locked room with two guests inside.

Security camera footage from the hotel in Nagqu shows the bear wander down a hallway inside the building on Saturday and force its way through a door into an occupied room.

The guests in the room said they stared at the bear for a few seconds before it left the room on its own.

The hotel owner used a flashlight and other tools to scare the bear and chase it out of the building.The door has since been repaired and the hotel said it is adding additional security measures to keep bears out.
