Resident were screened of various ailments
The medical arm of Covenant Faith Chapel International – Accra, Covenant Medical Mission, organised a free medical outreach for about 500 community members of Ga South and its environs last week.
Apostle Dr Peter Quarcoopome Sackey, Founder and General Overseer of Covenant Faith Chapel International said the outreach, organised quarterly, formed part of the church’s 10th anniversary.
“By the grace of God and with most of our church members being medics, we have been able to chalk successes in some communities including Korle Gonno, Amanfrom, Galilea market and in Ga South Municipal Assembly, the man of God said.
The General Overseer called on corporate institutions and benevolent organisations to partner with the Covenant Medical Mission to continue providing health services to the less privileged in the communities across the country.

The drunk man

A drunk man comes home late. His wife sees him and angrily exclaims, “Are you drunk again?!”
The man shakes his head and answers, “No, I am not drunk!”
“Okay, then prove it. There’s a clock over there. Can you tell the time?”
“Of course I can!” says the man.
He turns toward the clock and screams, “Hey! I am not drunk!”
