We are deeply saddened by the tragic death of 3-year-old boy…but- Wezzy Empire
Ghanaian actor, Kwadwo Nkansah’s Wezzy Empire management has extended it’s condolences to the bereaved family of 3-year-old boy who passed on in an accident involving him.
According to them, they are deeply saddened by the tragic death.
However, they have described allegations of neglect on their part as distasteful.
In a press statement, they expressed their gratitude to the public for the overwhelming support following last Saturday’s accident involving their Chief Executive Officer, Kwadwo Nkansah known in showbiz as Lil Win.
“We would like to express our sincere gratitude to the management and
medical staff of Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital (Emergency Unit) who are attending to everyone who was involved in the collision,” the statement noted.
This notwithstanding they added that, “we are deeply saddened by the tragic death of a 3-year-old boy
who was involved in the gruesome accident and we extend our sincere
condolences to the bereaved family.”
According to them, in as much as they are saddened and traumatised, “we find unwarranted allegations of neglect on our part as speculated by some commentators’ very distasteful and disturbing at this troubling time.”
Again, “We want to state categorically that we were unclear about the extent of damage from the accident because our artist, manager and bouncer suffered life-threatening injuries.”
“We remain resolute that investigations by the Police would establish the
facts of matter in due course.
Raymoney, our artiste manager, is still undergoing treatment in the hospital, as is Kwadwo Nkansah, who has yet to fully recover from the tragedy but our bouncer has been processed for surgical review,” the
statement said.

Okyeame Kwame, who had previously promised to build a Paediatric Emergency Ward at Manhyia Hospital in Kumasi before his birthday, would certainly benefit from this generous support for such a meaningful project.
His 50th birthday celebration was a successful all-white event held at +233 Pub and Grill, featuring amazing performances that added to the memorable occasion.

Organisers of the Telecel Ghana Music Awards 27 have announced “A Touch of Glitter as the official red carpet theme for this year’s ceremony.’’
In a statement issued on Thursday, April 16, Charterhouse indicated that the theme is designed to promote elegance and creativity while maintaining a refined fashion standard.
According to the organisers, the red carpet remains one of the most anticipated moments of the awards, offering artistes, celebrities, and guests the opportunity to express themselves through fashion while celebrating Ghanaian identity.
They explained that for this year’s edition, attendees are encouraged to include subtle elements of shimmer in their outfits.
This, they noted, can be done through fabric choices, embellishments, or accessories, with the focus on elegance rather than excess.
The statement added that the red carpet event will take place on May 9, 2026, at 7:06 pm, ahead of the main awards ceremony.
Head of Public Events and Communications at Charterhouse, Robert Klah, noted that the theme invites guests to explore creativity with sophistication while maintaining a polished appearance.
The organisers further assured that the event will continue to deliver a blend of music, fashion, and culture, making it a key highlight on Ghana’s entertainment calendar.
