Abeiku Santana unveiled Brand Ambassador for Adom Group of Companies

Mr. Gilbert Abeiku Aggrey popularly known as ‘Abeiku Santana’ has been unveiled as a Brand Ambassador for the Adom Group of Companies, one of Ghana’s leading Real Estate Developers.

The partnership would see the 2021 Radio and Television Personality Award Winner become the new advertising face for the Adom Group, whose subsidiaries include Adom City Estates, Adom Heights, Ace Heights, Adom Charity, Blessed Adom Trading, and Orel City.

Dr. Bright Adom, the Chief Executive Officer of Adom Group of Companies, during the signing of the partnership, said bringing Abeiku Santana on board was targeted to inform low-income earners about the affordable housing units available to them.

“We know the housing deficit is in excess of two million and it has been prevalent for a very long time, so we at Adom City are poised to bridge the housing deficit gap and plan to build about 5,000 homes in the next five years.” he said.

In his speech, Abeiku Santana expressed gratitude to Adom Group of Companies for the opportunity to be part of the well-established brand and expressed his desire to add more value in the coming years.

 “For it is a great opportunity for me and a privilege to bring onboard my expertise in the area of marketing to inform Ghanaians, especially the middle-class group of the affordable packages being offered by Adom City.

“We all know the stress that goes with building a house in Accra, but with Adom City, you have a dependable and trustworthy partner where you can get affordable homes,” he said.

Mr Kofi Adabor Ofori-Amanfo, Managing Director for Orel City and Heights, said Abeiku Santana joining Adom Group was vital for the company’s progress especially for its new subsidiary Ace Heights.

Rev. Opoku Adjei, Managing Director of Adom City said his outfit had over the years carved a niche as one of the affordable bracket estate developers.

Womba Drumming and Dance set to tour UK

 Womba Africa Drumming and Dance ensemble, a traditional cultural troupe in Ghana, is set to embark on an exciting tour of the UK.

Renowned for their use of tradi­tional instruments to create me­lodious, original compositions, the troupe never fails to get audiences on their feet with their high-energy performances.

“Womba” means “We are coming” in the local Ga dialect, and true to their name, the troupe makes a powerful impression wherever they go. Their upcoming UK tour, sched­uled for September and October 2025, promises an immersive cultural experience centered on drumming and dancing.

From September 18 to 20, the troupe will host a workshop and training programme.

This event will delve into the history and origins of various dance styles, showcase traditional costumes and instruments, include storytelling sessions, and provide hands-on train­ing in dance techniques, among other activities.

The workshop will take place at Lewsey Community Centre Landrace Road Luton LU4 OSW.

In an interview with their manager, Felix Nii Okai Nummello, he ex­pressed their anticipation for the world to know how hard work­ing the group has been over the years.

“A lot of preparation is ongoing, and we are surely going to make Africa proud on this tour”, he said.
