How to draw brows

Procedure
Before you apply your makeup, it is advisable to clean your face with a facial wipe.
Leave the face to dry and moisturise the face to prevent it from being too dry.
Brush out your brows with the spoolie to keep it in line.
Make sure your brows are trimmed to a desired shape to make drawing easy.
Use your brow pencil to draw out a desired shape starting from the lower part of the brow.
Draw another one from the upper part and ensure the two lines meet at the edge of your brows.
Note that, the brows are always thicker in the inner parts than that of the edges.
After drawing out the edges of the brows, make sure to fill in the brows with your brow pencil but try to make it look as natural as possible.
With this done, apply a small amount of your concealer (should be your shade) with the aid of your angled brush to line out your brows to make it look sharp and well defined.
Apply just enough of the concealer to make blending it out very easy.
Line out the brow till they look well defined, then blend in the concealer using your beauty blender.
Make sure you blend it till it evens out with your skin.
Use your spoolie to brush the brows once again to make it a little faint to appear more natural and voila! You have your brows done.

Akumaa Mama Zimbi’s Signature Headgear: A Fashion Legacy

In a world of fleeting trends, Joyce Akumaa Dongotey-Padi, popularly known as Akumaa Mama Zimbi, stands tall — quite literally with a headscarf that defies convention and commands attention.

For over two decades, the veteran media personality has wrapped herself in yards of meaning, turning fabric into a statement of identity, pride, and power.
Her signature headgear, often crafted from eight to twenty yards of cloth, is more than a fashion choice — it’s a cultural crown.

“Sometimes I go all out and wear 12 yards,” she shared with a smile during a recent interview.
Akumaa said the headgear’s base is often rich purple, layered with vibrant African prints that reflect her bold spirit and deep connection to tradition.
Whether she is hosting on Adom TV or mentoring young women through her foundation (Mama Zimbi Foundation), Akumaa Mama Zimbi’s looks remain unmistakable.
Her ‘duku’ is not just wrapped — it is woven with purpose.

Her style is a reminder that, to wear culture is to wear confidence.
