Herd of sheep eats 100kg of cannabis in Greece

A herd of sheep struggling to find fresh grass for food due to extreme flooding started behaving strangely after eating large parts of a cannabis crop, according to reports.
The sheep invaded a greenhouse producing medicinal cannabis in Greece.
The owner said the crop had already been badly damaged by a heat wave and Storm Daniel – and the sheep had finished “what was left”.
The herd had been grazing in the flooded plains of Thessaly, in Central Greece, before heading to the greenhouse near the town of Almyros to eat around 100kg of the cannabis, reported TheNewspaper.gr website.
The owner of the crop told the website: “I don’t know if it’s for laughing or crying.”
“We had the heat wave and we lost a lot of production. We had the floods, we lost almost everything. And now this. The herd entered the greenhouse and ate what was left. I don’t know what to say, honestly,” the owner said.
A shepherd had noticed strange behaviour in the herd, but it is not clear what this involved.
Storm Daniel swept through Thessaly across three days earlier this month, flooding cities and villages and killing more than 100,000 animals and livestock, officials said.
Hundreds of residents were airlifted or pulled out of flooded homes in lifeboats, while many crops were washed away.
The rainstorm, which killed 17 people, was the nation’s most intense since records began in 1930 and came after a summer of devastating wildfires.

IT’S understandable you’re feeling a bit uneasy about the baby’s behaviour. Given the situation, it’s likely the baby is just picking up on your energy or adjusting to a new face.
Ten-month-old can be particular about strangers. Try engaging with her more during calm moments, like playtime or when she is fed. Build a bond through activities she enjoys and have an open chat with your girlfriend about how you’re feeling; she might notice things you’ve missed. The intense staring could be curiosity; babies are like that sometimes. Take it easy, and don’t overthink it.
