Lil Win welcomes Ramsey Nouah, Awilo to Ghana for new project

 Comic actor, Kwadwo Nkansah known in showbiz circles as ‘Lil Win’ has welcomed Nigerian top actors Ramsey Nouah and Victor Osuagwu, aka ‘Awilo’ and Charles Awurum to Ghana for an upcoming movie.

The latest project, ‘A Country Called Ghana’ is expected to be a blockbust­er.

Other big names in Ghana would be on the project which according to the ac­tor, would take the industry by storm.

The collaboration high­lights cultural synergy and African unity as Lil Win is determined to tap into the experiences of the Nolly­wood stars to produce a masterpiece.

It is also a huge landmark in African cinema and a testament to the strong relationship between Ghana and neighbouring country Nigeria.

Interestingly, Lil Win is going about his business despite a court suit against him by actress Martha An­komah for defamation.

The Actress dragged her colleague to court following a recent rant on social me­dia by Lil Win which Martha found offensive.

According to Lil Win, the Actress turned down an offer to work with a Kumasi-based movie director suggesting that, ‘Kumawood’ scripts were substandard and did not make sense.

That infuriated Lil Win who went on social media to ‘address’ the situation and in the process made very provocative comments against the actress.

Subsequently, Martha Ankomah filed a lawsuit against her colleague, indicating her readiness to engage in the legal battle to protect her reputation.
