Kotoko’s pride at stake as Samartex FC visit

Kumasi Asante Kotoko have set their sights on breaking their winless runs in the ongoing Ghana Premier League (GPL) when they welcome league leaders Samartex FC to the Baba Yara Stadium tomorrow in their match day 27 fixture.
Kotoko has endured a winless streak spanning seven games under Coach Prosper Narteh Ogum, a phenomenon that is not synonymous with the club.
With only a single victory in their last nine games of the ongoing league, Porcupine Warriors fans have been up in arms against the technical handlers, calling for their head as a first step to rescue the club from the throes of relegation.

The game between Accra Great Olympics and Dreams FC has been postponed due to their CAF Confederations Cup semi-final first-leg game against Egyptian giants Zamalek in Cairo.
