This tot-tot appointment is unacceptable-Afenyo Markin to Prez Mahama
Minority leader, Alexander Afenyo Markin has expressed disappointment at President John Dramani Mahama for announcing only three ministers after he was sworn in on January 7, 2025.
This follows the announcement of Dr.Cassiel Ato Baah Forson, Minister for Finance Designate, John Abdulai Jinapor, Minister for Energy Designate and Dominic Akuritinga Ayini – Attorney -General and Minister for Justice Designate.
According to him,this tot-tot appointment is not accepted.

Insisted that the government must be fully prepared from day one.
He said, the new government promised a 24-hour economy in opposition and said they are ready to govern the country, for this reason,the President should have announced more ministers than the three.
“You cannot start with Energy, Finance, and Attorney General. Where are the rest of the ministers? We want to hear Armah Kofi Buah, Agriculture, Roads and Highways, Lands and Natural Resources, we want to hear about education,” he concluded.
