Potato Pancake Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 6 medium-sized potatoes
  • 4 large carrots
  • 3 large onions
  • 4 tablespoons soft flour
  • 3 fresh eggs
  • 2 tablespoons salt
  • Vegetable oil

Preparation:

  1. Wash the potatoes and all vegetables thoroughly.
  2. Shred the potatoes into smaller pieces and set aside.
  3. Add shredded carrots and mix well.
  4. Add flour, eggs, and salt to taste.
  5. Gently stir until the mixture is evenly combined.
  6. Heat a pan and sprinkle in some vegetable oil.
  7. Add the mixture in circular portions.
  8. Fry over medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
  9. Serve hot and enjoy!
