McBrown returns to TV after fifth surgery, announces comeback on Onua Showtime

Popular Ghanaian actress and television host Nana Ama McBrown has returned to television after taking a break since May to undergo her fifth and final surgery.

McBrown reappeared on screen with excitement and emotion, explaining that she stepped away from her TV work to focus on her health.

She disclosed that the surgery was the last one on her hand and expressed gratitude to God for healing and renewed strength.

She shared that the pain she used to feel while working on television is now gone, adding that although the scars are still healing, she feels refreshed and ready to work again.

McBrown described her recovery as a testimony and expressed joy about being back to do what she loves most making people happy.

The television star announced her official return to Onua Showtime, revealing that she would resume hosting duties this Sunday.

Although she was initially expected to return earlier, she explained that management agreed to give her more time to fully recover before coming back on air.

McBrown described Onua Showtime as a family programme made for all Ghanaians, especially during the festive season.

She noted that the upcoming edition will be a special Christmas show to be held at Alisa, with a limited audience, aimed at spreading joy and togetherness.

She encouraged Ghanaians to celebrate life and remain thankful despite challenges faced throughout the year.

According to her, being alive is reason enough to be happy, especially during Christmas.

McBrown concluded by welcoming viewers back to the show, promising an exciting and beautiful return that will bring smiles to homes across the country.
