Kpando Father’s Day Cooking contest: we celebrate your profound impact as providers – Della Sowah

Member of Parliament for Kpando Constituency, Della Sowah has extend her deepest appreciation to the remarkable fathers in the Kpando community.

According to her, their unwavering commitment, wisdom, and love leave an indelible mark on the lives of their children.

Against this backdrop, “we celebrate your profound impact as providers, mentors, and role models. May this Father’s Day be filled with well-deserved recognition, heartfelt moments, and cherished connections with your loved ones.”

“Your devotion strengthens the very fabric of our society. Wishing you a joyous and memorable Father’s Day!,” she said.

Della Sowah, as part of measures to celebrate the hard work of fathers, is organising a cooking competition for all fathers in her constituency.

The event is slated for Sunday, June 18, 2023, to commemorate International Father’s Day will take place at the forecourt of Akpini Radio starting from 11 a.m.

Interestingly, the winner will go home with GH₵1,000 in addition to a gas stove and other souvenirs.

Two other winners, the first and second runners-up, will also be given a reward of GH₵ 500 in addition to a table-top cooker and GH₵ 200 plus a rice cooker, respectively.
