Gospel singer Faustina Donkor set to release new single

A gospel artiste, Faustina Donkor, is set to release a new single ‘You said’ featuring her niece, Yolanda Donkor.

The single truly defines the greatness of God and his everlasting love upon his children.

In an interview with The Spectator Agoro, the songstress disclosed that the song was inspired by Genesis 8:22.

According to her, she got inspiration when she listened to Pastor Patrice Anaab of Foun­tain Gate Chapel, Tyler, Texas, preaching about God’s unwavering faithfulness, adding that the message resonated deeply, giving her a profound understanding of the scripture.

‘One day, while at work, the first verse of ‘You said’ dawned on me as I walked down a hallway. This marked the beginning of a creative process where I dedicated her evenings to refining the lyrics and melo­dy’ she explained.

‘You said’ serves as a reminder of God’s enduring faithfulness. From the unbroken cycle of day and night to the changing seasons, God’s word has up­held the natural order since the begin­ning of time.

Faustina’s prayer is that this song opens the eyes of listeners to the truth that if God’s word had sustained the earth’s seasons and times, it will sure­ly come through for each one of us. His word is unbreakable and steadfast.
