GOC Pres Akpokavie Honoured
The President of the Ghana Olympic Committee (GOC) and Commonwealth Sports, Ghana (CSG), Mr. Richard Kofi Akpokavie, has been honoured and decorated by the International Hockey Federation (IHF) for his contribution to Africa and World Hockey.
Mr. Akpokavie is an International Hockey Official, who serves on several FIH committees and is currently a co-opted Executive Board Member of Africa Hockey.
He was decorated by the President of the Federation of International Hockey, Mr. Tayyab Ikram, in Egypt on Thursday.
