Couple graduate with Professional Executive Master in ADR

Alhaji Khuzaima Osman, an Eminent Member of the National Peace Council of Ghana and chairman of the Finance and Fundraising Committee of the Greater Accra Regional Peace Council, and wife Ayishatu Salihu last Saturday graduated from the Gamey and Gamey ADR Institute with Professional Executive Masters in Appropriate Dispute Resolution (PEM-ADR).
They were among the 23 students conferred with their certificates, recognizing their successful completion of the rigorous ADR training programme, which has been characterized by intense simulation sessions and mediation camping.
The event, which took place at North Dzorwulu in Accra was graced by the Chief Justice of Ghana, Justice Gertrude Torkornoo, as the special guest of honour.
Held on the theme, “Crafting Peaceful Solutions: Mastering ADR for a Sustainable Future, and Job Creation,” the graduation ceremony highlighted the growing importance of ADR in fostering sustainable peace, enhancing business environments, and creating employment opportunities in Ghana and beyond.
Speaking to The Spectator, the couple dedicated a special gratitude to His Eminence the National Chief Imam, Sheikh (Dr) Osman Nuhu Sharubutu who facilitated full sponsorship for them throughout the programme.
The programme, renowned for its hands-on approach, equips graduates with the expertise required to mediate and resolve conflicts effectively in various sectors, including business, family, workplace, and community disputes.
In addition to the graduation, the event also featured the matriculation of new students into the institute’s latest cohort.
This joint occasion serves as a platform to welcome fresh talent into the ADR space while celebrating the achievements of the outgoing class.
