Amb. Namoale presents Letter of Credence to Brazil President Inacio da SilvaBy Victor A. Buxton
Nii Amasah Namoale, Ghana’s Ambassador to Brazil, has presented a Letter of Credence to the President of Brazil, Luiz Inacio da Silva.
The letter, according to the Ambassador, was to convey warm greetings and best wishes from the government and people of Ghana to the people of Brazil and to formally introduce himself as the representative in the country.
Ambassador Namoale said his presence in Brazil shows the commitment between Ghana and Brazil in fostering unity and friendship towards the development of the two countries.
He asked for the total cooperation and assistance between his office and that of the Government of Brazil to enable him to discharge his duties effectively.
He is married and served for two terms as the Member of Parliament (MP) for the La Dade-Kotopon Constituency from 2009 to 2017.
Namoale is an Agronomist and a lawyer by profession and worked as the Assistant Director in the Ministry of Food & Agriculture.
He also served as the Deputy Minister for Food and Agriculture in charge of Fisheries from 2009 to 2013.
