The song exhorts one another about God’s unconditional love, regardless of race, colour or creed, by virtue of man’s redemption through the blood of Jesus.

The single is an Afro beat-Afro pop Gospel track.

Patrick Richard Okine, an international award winning poet, said ‘On the Mountain Top’ figuratively expresses a treasured position of being “above only” as victors in Christ, and admonishes Christians to be thankful to God for His love and salvation, and to reciprocate the same loving kindness to the world.

“The track also acknowledges God as the all-powerful, all loving and Omnipotent’, God deserving of our praise” the composer of the Katanga Anthem (University hall) stated.

The chorus uplifts the song with its lyrical message in a blend of Ewe, Ga and Twi dialects.

The Premiere of the new Single is a follow up on the previously released EP in 2022, which featured songs like “Afore” (Offering), How Excellent is Thy Name and “Majie Eyi” (I’ll Praise Him).

Mr Okine has four music albums to his credit and an author of two published books and several journals.

The Okine family music ministry is made up of Patrick, Roberta, Duke-David, Marianne, Zimran and Henrietta
