NPP Flagbearer Dr. Bawumia congratulates Muslims on Eid ul Fitr

The flagbearer of the New Patriotic Party, Mahamudu Bawumia, has extended warm wishes to Muslims across Ghana as they celebrate Eid ul Fitr.

In a message shared on his Facebook page, he congratulated Muslims for successfully completing the holy month of Ramadan.

He noted that he and his wife, Samira Bawumia, were joining in celebrating the occasion with the Muslim community.

“On the blessed occasion of Eid ul Fitr, Samira Bawumia and I extend our warmest congratulations to fellow Muslims for a successful Ramadan,” he wrote.

He also prayed for Allah’s blessings upon Muslims and the country as a whole.

“May the Almighty Allah accept our supplications, grant us the blessings of Ramadan and extend His favours upon our loved ones and our dear nation,” he added.

Eid ul Fitr marks the end of Ramadan, a period of fasting, prayer and reflection observed by Muslims worldwide.
