NDC wants to paint the picture that if they don’t win election 2024 Ghana will burn- Justin Kodua Frimpong

The General Secretary of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Justin Kodua has said the opposition National Democratic Congress(NDC) wants to paint the picture that the country will burn if they don’t win the 2024 elections.

According to him, this is not the first time Ghana is going into an election, adding that the NPP had lost in the past and contested through the legitimate channels.

Speaking on Peace FM’s Kokrokoo Programme on Tuesday, August 20, Mr.Justin Kodua Frimpong said, they have lost elections in the past, and with the experiences from it, they suggested alternatives to ensure the country’s electoral processes become transparent.

“When we lost in 2012 and presented overwhelming evidence, the court ruled against us, however, we only disagreed but accepted the verdict and worked hard,” he said.

“Why is the NDC today painting the picture that if they do not win the  2024 election this country will burn,” he queried.

Mr.Kodua Frimpong said the tactics of unnecessarily criticizing every state institution is a testament of NDC’s plot ahead of this election.
