‘My African Love Reality’ premieres on Dec 19

A television reality show  “My African Love “Reality” starring  a fast rising Ghanaian actress, television personality, socialite and nurse Efia Odo will premiere on December 19, 2021, at the Accra  City Hall.

 With a captivating storyline about the ecstasies and anxieties of African relationships in the diaspora, the 10-episode engages 14 men in a huge mansion with weekly evictions in her search for true love.

The reality show produced by Koby Maxwell features male characters chosen across the African continent to engage in series of in-house competitions with the ultimate winner getting his chance to hang-out with the Ghanaian actress.

Speaking at a press-briefing in Accra last Thursday, Koby Maxwell, was of the view that the reality show would entertain movie lovers considering the characters.

He said Efia Odo was a perfect fit for the reality show with the objective of showcasing what transpired in relationships or marriages in various African homes.

According to Koby Maxwell, the series was different kind of reality show with the aim of entertaining movie lovers without any erotic fantasies adding that it was very comical yet educational.

On her part, Efia Odo said the reality show was the best production she had worked on as it was unscripted but directional.

“Despite the stress that came along with the shooting sessions, I love it, I love every bit of the movie,” she added.

She was upbeat about the reality show saying that “would keep audiences glued to their seats as they enjoy the thrills from her male counterparts.”
