Madina Zongo Chiefs call on Vice President
Madina Zongo Chiefs, led by Chief Imam Sheikh Salmad Mohammed Alhassan on Wednesday, February 12,2025 called on the Vice President, Professor Jane Naana Opoku-Agyemang.
They discussed key concerns facing the Madina Zongo community, including land disputes, education, and development.
The delegation also expressed appreciation for the reduced Hajj costs by His Excellency President Mahama; and called for further efforts to make the pilgrimage more affordable.
Prof.Jane Naana Opoku Agyemang thanked them for their continued dedication to the welfare of the community and reaffirmed the government’s unwavering commitment to improving education and enacting inclusive policies that benefit all Ghanaians.
