Lilwin mourns passing of Asantehemaa
Multiple award-winning actor Kojo Nkansah, popularly known in the movie industry as Lil Win, has expressed his condolences to the Asante Kingdom following the death of the Asantehemaa.
In a Facebook post, the actor said he and his entire team were deeply saddened by the passing of the queen mother and extended heartfelt sympathies to His Majesty Otumfuo Osei Tutu II, the royal family, and the people of Asanteman.
He described the late Asantehemaa as “more than a queen mother,” noting that she was a “pillar of wisdom, unity, and cultural pride” whose life and service impacted many within and beyond the kingdom.
Kojo Nkansah added that her guidance and nurturing spirit would be remembered for generations, and called for strength and comfort for the royal family in the period of mourning.
