Jones Borteye Applerh is new GIHOC boss

Jones Borteye Applerh has been appointed Acting Chief Executive Officer of GIHOC Distilleries Company Limited by President Mahama.
In a letter signed by the Secretary to the President, Dr.Callistus Mahama indicated, “I write to formally inform you that H.E. John Dramani Mahama, President of the Republic of Ghana, has
in accordance with Article 195(1) of the Constitution appointed you as the Acting Chief Executive Officer
of the GIHOC Distilleries Company Limited, pending receipt of the Constitutionally required advice of the
governing Board, given in consultation with the Public Services Commission.”
His appointment takes effect from January 21, 2025.
” I take this opportunity to congratulate you formally on your appointment.
Kindly indicate your acceptance or otherwise of this appointment, within fourteen (14) days of receipt of this letter,” the statement noted.
