High Commissioner of Rwanda to Ghana calls on Ghana’s Foreign Minister

The High Commissioner of Rwanda to Ghana, H.E. Rosemary Mbabazi has expressed her country’s deep appreciation to Ghana for its support to the peace process which has contributed immensely to the progress made in Rwanda and strengthened the relations between the two countries.
H.E. Rosemary Mbabazi made this known when she called on the Minister for Foreign Affairs, Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa on Monday, June 9, 2025.
She highly commended the Ghana Armed Forces for its peacekeeping support which saved the lives of many people during the genocide in Rwanda.
She urged that the relations be further enhanced through the establishment of a Permanent Joint Commission of Cooperation.
The Minister for Foreign Affairs, Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa acknowledged the good relations between Ghana and Rwanda and assured that Ghana would continue to strengthen its relations with Rwanda and also contribute to world peace.
