GTBank to host 2nd biggest free music concert in Ghana

As part of its Corporate Social Investment initiatives to support the Arts and Creative Industry, Guaranty Trust Bank (Ghana) Limited (GTBank), a member of Guaranty Trust Holding Company (GTCO), will hold the second edition of the GTCO Music Concert.

The biggest end-of-year music experience is scheduled for Friday, December 19, at the Accra Sports Stadium, and it seeks to create memorable shared experiences that celebrate the vibrancy of African music and culture.

“It promises to be an unforgettable night of rhythm, creativity, and energy, featuring electrifying performances from top A-list artistes from both Ghana and Nigeria,” a statement from the bank said.

Following the phenomenal success of the maiden edition held in 2021—which attracted thousands of music lovers and received widespread acclaim for its seamless production, star-studded performances, and strong community impact—this year’s event is set to take entertainment to new heights, uniting thousands under one roof for an evening of fun, connection, and African excellence.

Commenting on the upcoming event, the Group Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Guaranty Trust Holding Company (GTCO), Mr Segun Agbaje, stated, “At GTCO, Corporate Social Investment is not just a moral obligation; it is a fundamental part of who we are. We believe that true growth is measured not only by financial success but by the positive impact we create in our communities.”
