Fintech Association calls on Hon. Samuel Nartey George
The Minister for Communication, Digital Technology and Innovations, Samuel Nartey George, has reaffirmed the government’s commitment to supporting the fintech sector in Ghana. This was stated during a meeting with the Fintech Association at the Ministry’s offices.
According to Sam George, the government recognises the significant role fintech plays in driving economic growth and financial inclusion in the country. “We are committed to creating a conducive environment for fintech companies to thrive,” he emphasised.
He also pledged to engage with relevant stakeholders to streamline regulatory processes and provide support for innovation in the sector.
The meeting concluded with both parties expressing optimism about the future of fintech in Ghana and their commitment to working together to drive growth and innovation in the sector.
