Cyril George Carstensen Lutterodt, widely known as Counsellor Lutterodt, is set to face court tomorrow over alleged inciting comments made in a viral video.

According to the Criminal Investigation Department (CID), the suspect allegedly encouraged some youth to storm the residence of late highlife musician Daddy Lumba.

In a press release dated March 10, 2026, the police said investigations indicate that the comments were made in connection with issues surrounding the late musician and were considered offensive and capable of causing a breach of the peace.
