Accra Hearts of Oak part ways with David Ocloo
One of Ghana’s football giants, Accra Hearts Of Oak have parted ways with their coach, David Ocloo.
In a post on their Facebook page, the club announced that they have mutually parted ways with the coach, and thanked him for his service to them.
David Ocloo took over as the coaching job of Accra Hearts of Oak midway after fans refused to allow former boss, Slavko Matic, entry to the club’s training grounds, following ceaseless poor results of matches.
Unfortunately, the strings of poor results continued as the team finished 12th in the 2022/23 Premier League season.
Hearts of Oak only escaped relegation on the season’s final day.
The club is yet to announce a replacement for the vacant coaching job.
